The Palma International Boat Show and the associated Palma Superyacht Village (April 27-30) are increasingly becoming the focus of international yacht aficionados. Especially for sailing yacht owners and those who want to become one, the show is one of the best in the world. The Moll Vell marina is equipped with at least 25 sailing yachts from 20 meters in length – we have listed below five exhibits (for sale and charter), which are worth a visit in any case.
“Elena of London”: At 55 meters in length, this Herreshoff classic is the largest sailing yacht in the show. Successful in many regattas, the yacht impresses with good performance and almost endless decks. On charter trips, she accommodates eight guests in her dignified interior. Exhibitor: Y.CO
„Bella“: The nearly 30-meter long sloop is the flagship of the German shipyard YYachts. Her light weight means she sets sail in light winds, and her interior, designed by a Copenhagen studio, exudes Scandinavian nonchalance. Exhibitor: YYachts.
„Anima II“: Not delivered until 2022 by Spirit Yachts, the 22-meter yacht impresses with an excellent finish and a very elegant interior. For an interesting charter rate, up to six guests can travel with the custom yacht – an ideal format for the Balearics. Exhibitor: Ocean Independence
„Y3K“: this exhibit is one of Wally’s very popular 100-footers. Designed by German Frers, the yacht comes in at 30.50 meters long and 6.80 meters wide, with a displacement of 64 tons. The slup, which is also very stylish inside, received a refit in 2022. Exhibitor: Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage
„G2“: 39 elegante und von Bill Tripp gezeichnete Meter aus der niederländischen Vitters-Werft. „G2“ besitzt ein Split-Level-Interior, das von einem riesigen Skylight mit Tageslicht versorgt wird; das Styling stammt von Nauta Design.
