Mallorca is not only a hotspot for yachting in the Mediterranean, but also known for its beautiful golf courses and exclusive events. From 4 November, the Rolex Challenge Tour will be hosting a very high-calibre professional field at the T-Golf & Country Club; 45 players will be playing the Grand Final there. BAVARIA AG is also a partner of the event and will be represented with an information stand as well as sending its own team in the ProAm category onto the course on the day before the final. Three amateurs will play together with one professional, the group result will be scored. The BAVARIA team will be playing together with Dutchman Daan Huizing, who is currently 17th on the tour. The tournament will start on Tuesday, 2 November, at 10:00 at hole 1.

The Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final is a unique event in the international golf calendar, where every player in the 45-strong field can secure promotion to the European Tour virtually at the last moment.
While some players already have their European Tour eligibility for 2022 in the bag and will now be looking to finish as high up the rankings as possible to maximise their starts next year, others will be hoping to secure a place in the top 20.
Ahead of the season finale at T Golf & Country Club in Calvia/Mallorca, the top twelve players can still finish number one in the rankings and follow in the footsteps of greats such as Henrik Stenson, Thomas Bjørn and Tommy Fleetwood. Spain’s Santiago Tarrio, who has long topped the rankings, is the current leader, but any of the top three – Tarrio, Ricardo Gouveia or Marcus Helligkilde – will finish the season at the top if they triumph in Mallorca. From Germany, among others, Marcel Schneider (rank 7), Marcel Siem (rank 14) and Hurly Long (rank 15) will be there.
