From 3rd to 6th of June, the Palma International Boat Show and the Palma Superyacht Show will mark the – albeit unofficial – opening of the yachting season on the Balearic Islands. At the same time, these two shows, placed together on one site, are two of the first in Europe for many months to be allowed to open at all. Although the number of visitors will be limited, the signal is more than positive for the entire industry. Sandra Ahrabian, CEO of BAVARIA AG, says: “This is a step towards normality that the whole industry needs. I am very happy about this and wish all exhibitors four positive and profitable days.”
Below the cathedral of Mallorca’s capital, numerous suppliers will be exhibiting boats and yachts between five and 50 metres in length. From shipyards such as Arcadia and Axopar to Prestige and Sanlorenzo to renowned brokerage houses such as Fraser or Camper & Nicholsons, big and interesting names are there.
A team from BAVARIA AG will also be on site throughout the fair and will be available as a contact for the numerous customers who have their yacht moored on the Balearic Islands. Sandra Ahrabian: “Mallorca as well as Ibiza and also the Spanish mainland are very important markets for us. That’s why we once again have a strong presence at the show.”
