In times of increasing digitalisation, the insurance industry is also increasingly relying on internet-based consulting services. For some time now, BAVARIA AG has also been offering the possibility of holding personal consultations via various web services. “Our great strength,” says Sandra Ahrabian, CEO of BAVARIA AG, “is the personal interaction with our customers. We are now also shifting this to various online channels, depending on which one the customer prefers. This service has already been enthusiastically received”.

Facetime, Skype, Microsoft Teams and Zoom are available, whereby the customer can decide for himself whether he wants to use the video function and which data, records or documents he would like to share on screen. An e-mail address and a web browser are required, as well as a smartphone for mobile use. 

The appointment for the online consultation is best made in advance so that the BAVARIA experts can prepare and schedule the meeting accordingly. However, spontaneous “meetings” are of course also possible if short-term decisions or assessments are required.
