In August, BAVARIA AG’s claims department was once again able to prove why so many customers are satisfied with it and continually send positive feedback. After a fire on an Azimut 55 was most likely caused by a technical defect, owners and guests could only watch as the yacht burned down to the waterline, tipped over on its side and then sank in Croatian waters.
BAVARIA AG’s experienced claims team became active immediately after being notified, so that the yacht could be salvaged just a few days later. An expert specialised in fires is now assessing the yacht so that the owner can continue to be looked after by BAVARIA AG as quickly as possible.
